This remarkable home was a finalist for Home of the Year 2022 and took home an award in the RMB House of the Year Awards 2020.

What began as a modest 1980s plaster duplex was completely reimagined, stripped back to its concrete foundation and rebuilt to create a more functional, light-filled space. The redesigned floor plan enhances flow and connection to the outdoors, with expansive glazing framing breathtaking views of the Omanu coastline.
